MESSAGE:The medical faculty is considered a basis of the Tadjik medical university which within 19 years was unique faculty. For the past of 70 its years scientists with world names – corresponding member АН have ended more than 15000 students, among which the USSR, academicians of AN РТ, honored workers of sciences of Tajikistan.

    The curriculum of medical faculty is calculated for 6 years, first three years students are trained in the general subjects, общебиологическим and общемедицинским, and the next years training is conducted taking into account features of a human body.

     The majority of the disciplines, having clinical features (neuropathology, dermatology, venereology, otolaryngology, ophthalmology, psychiatry, orthopedic surgery, etc.) are spent on a clinical course. And it demands creation of general-theoretical and clinical programs and courses.

    Students on 1 and 2 courses study normal physiology, history of the Tadjik people, philosophy, biology, physical colloidal and organic chemistry, anatomy, military medicine, histology, ethics, biochemistry, the bibliography, computer science, Russian and foreign languages, Latin and Tadjik languages. On 3 course along with theoretical subject matters – pathological anatomy, microbiology, hygiene, pharmacology, pathological physiology, etc. students start studying of clinical disciplines. The curriculum of 4-5 courses provides training of students in therapeutic, pediatric, surgical, the accoucheur - gynecologic, neurologic, psychiatric and other clinics. Students study therapy gradually, within 4 years, on chairs of propaedeutics of internal illnesses, facultative therapy, hospital therapy. The surgery also is studied within 3-5 years on chairs of the general surgery, facultative surgery and hospital surgery.

Curricula of the basic clinical disciplines (therapy, surgery, pediatrics, neurology, children's infectious diseases, etc.) also include special courses on urology, orthopedy and traumatology, phthisiology, tool diagnostics and treatment, physiotherapy, children's nervous diseases.

    Employment of students of older years are spent in differently profile clinics that promotes development of various specialities. Last years at university the new curriculum according to which students after 6 years of study are trained year in a magistracy is developed, then arrive in internship or postgraduate study.

According to the new plan for last years special courses are organized. Courses of clinical pharmacology, clinical biochemistry, clinical physiology, medical genetics, эмбриологии and morphology from their number. Under the new curriculum on first two courses test examinations are spent, on chair of normal physiology there is a rating system. At medical faculty, except общеуниверситетских theoretical chairs, chairs of propaedeutics of internal illnesses, children's illnesses №1, children's illnesses №2, stationary training, children's infectious diseases and children's surgery operate.

MESSAGE:For maintenance with highly-skilled personnel of a stomatologic profile in
 1977 at the Tadjik state medical university of Abuali ибни Sino has been formed stomatologic
 faculty. The basic educational bases have been in a short space of time created. At formation
 and development of chair of therapeutic stomatology the powerful contribution professor 
K.P.Pashaev.iz of year in a year has brought quantity of students at faculty increases.
 If in 1977 on stomatology faculty 70 students in 1982 the quantity of students has made
 60 persons were accepted, in 1988 it has reached 150 persons. Now the total of students 
makes 386 persons, from them 18 are students-foreigners. Since existence of stomatologic
 faculty it have ended more than 1700 persons, from them 72 with distinction. Its graduates 

work today in stomatologic establishments of public health services of republic.

The difficult economic situation of the country, introduction of market relations
stimulates preparation of highly-skilled personnel and introduction in these
purposes of new educational methods. For the purpose of improvement of
quality of theoretical and practical knowledge of students management ТГМУ it
. Абуали ибни Sino, профессорско – the teaching structure of faculty of
stomatology and special chairs try to improve educational process, to create
 favorable conditions for their training and education. With direct support of a
 management of university for chairs of stomatologic therapy, orthopedy,
maxillofacial surgery and children's stomatology, the university profile
 clinic – the uchebno-clinical center "Stomatology" consisting of 26
educational and medical rooms which has started the activity since
September, 2007 has been created. Center creation - important achievement
 in improvement of process of preparation of the qualified stomatologic shots.

The powerful contribution brings stomatologic faculty in preparation of doctors,
 development and prosperity of a stomatologic science and practice in republic.
Today it is one big solid collective consisting of professors and teachers; is
 engaged in preparation of experts which possess exact theoretical knowledge
 and can use new various medical methods in the medical practice. On chair of
therapeutic stomatology prepare experts in diseases of teeth and a mouth mucous
membrane; on chair of orthopedic stomatology prepare experts in elimination of
 defects of teeth and a jaw.

Stomatologists-surgeons make difficult reconstructive and plastic operations on
the person and a neck. Students who feed love of children, chooses a speciality
of the children's stomatologist. Such experts prepare on chairs of maxillofacial
 surgery and children's stomatology.

The Faculty of stomatologic faculty and the chairs concerning it, make all efforts
perfection of uchebno-methodical process and the subsequent quality of

preparation of doctors-stomatologists.
